Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, and other special holidays

ABOUT ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Account registration is required, so please follow the procedure from "Create an account".
Registration and annual membership are free of charge.

Account registration method

  • Please proceed to the registration procedure from "Create an account" on the "Login page".
  • Please check "I'm not a robot" and proceed to the registration screen.
  • Enter your customer information on the "Account Registration (Input)" screen.

* Please be careful when entering full-width and half-width characters.
* Please be careful not to omit any required items.
* Please enter a valid email address for the registrant. This is required when ordering products or changing various settings and registration details. If you have set your e-mail reception settings to prevent spam, please change your settings to allow emails from the "@spart.co.jp" domain.
*If there is an error in the registered e-mail address, we will not be able to send the registration completion e-mail. In addition, there is a possibility that the registration completion e-mail will be sent to a third party, so please check the spelling of the e-mail address before entering it, and make sure you have entered it correctly.
* You cannot register an email address that starts with characters other than half-width alphanumeric characters.
* Please set the customer ID/password required for login.

* Your name will be written as is on the shipping label. Please pay attention to the order of "last name" and "first name" when registering.
*Please be very careful when setting your password so that it cannot be guessed by others. We do not recommend passwords that consist of only letters or only numbers, are less than 8 characters long, or are the same as your ID.

  • After confirming the entered information, click "Register".

    ABOUT PAYMENT METHOD

    Payment for international shipments is by credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB are accepted).

     

    ABOUT DELIVERY

    International shipments are handled by DHL (other shipping companies may be used in some cases).

    Please note that you cannot specify a specific date and time for your parcel.

    Please provide your shipping address and name in English.

    Orders may be subject to customs duties and consumption taxes based on the laws of each country, as well as customs charges by the postal entity of the country of destination. All customs duties and other payments incurred after shipment are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Shipments outside of Japan will be accompanied by a Commercial Invoice to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import and export rules and regulations, we will not make any changes to the order amount shown on the Commercial Invoice, such as lowering the amount.

    We will not be able to change the delivery address, change the contents, or cancel the order after it has been shipped.

    Only one delivery address is allowed per order.

    Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as delivery area, traffic, weather, or social conditions.

    If your package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to receive, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping costs incurred at that time, as well as the shipping costs for resending the package.

    ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Returns are not accepted. However, if we determine that the product you received is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will, in principle, accept returns or exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item and explain the reason for the return before returning the item. We will contact you to confirm whether or not we will accept the return/exchange.

    Only for domestic shipping, when returning the product, please send it "cash on delivery" to our center described on the shipping slip.
